Refund and Return Policy

Consumer Protection First
At Bestfordealz, you can refund or exchange the product within 7 days of delivery. For the process, it is customers responsibility to maintain Picture of receipt they receive at time of delivery (Electronic system generated receipts or SMS confirmations by Bestfordealz or any of our 3rd Party will not be considered as proof of purchase). 

Refund Guidelines
1- Email to ‘help@Bestfordealz.com” with Subject ”Refund Order Number #AAAA”
2- Attach the picture of receipt received at the time of delivery 
3- Attach the picture of the product with all its contents 
4- Attach the picture of the product in its original packaging
5- Elaborate the reason for refund 

Our team will review the request and respond you back within 24-48 hours to update you on the status of the request as per the guidelines and policies of the platform. Bestfordealz reserves the right to the final decision 

Key Notes on Refund Requests 
1- Any product that is opened, Used and with distorted packings is not eligible for return
2- Any hygiene related product is not eligible for refund or replacement 
3- Any requests received after 7 days of delivery shall not be entertained 
4- Customer is liable to maintain the receipt or picture of the receipt for 7 days after delivery
5- No refunds will be issued due to customers change of mind or due to color based issue  

Deductions at time of Refunds 
1- AED 25 will be deducted from the paid amount at time of refund. The charges for initial delivery, arranging cash and collection of materials are purely payable to the 3rd party courier. 
2- Any products delivered defected shall by Bestfordealz shall be subjected to AED 25 Deductions. If product is delivered defected from Bestfordealz , we will issue replacements provided the guide lines to notify within 7 days of delivery, showing proof of purchase receipt are fulfilled.

Exchange/ Replacement Requests 
A product delivered damaged/defected/broken by us will be replace with a new one. There will not be any refund released for the product. The product can also be upgraded to another product of same price or higher with an additional upgrade charge of AED 15 along with the differential price of the product (if applicable).

Color Related Requests
Bestfordealz is not a color-centric platform. All the stocks are released as per the availability. Any customer requesting specific color after delivery shall be subjected to AED 15 delivery charge. Bestfordealz does not guarantee the availability of color. However, if available shall release the requested color for customer on special request
